PAYMENT

We currently accept payment in the form of credit card (American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover) and PayPal. Orders will be processed within 24 hours pending item availability and credit card approval. All purchases shipped within the great state of California will be charged sales tax. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Sin Without offers FREE domestic shipping on all orders via USPS First Class Parcel Mail with 3-5 day delivery in most areas. We also offer paid shipping methods including Insured USPS Priority Mail and expedited options from UPS and FedEx. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to track your package. Should you wish to use an alternative shipping method, add signature confirmation, ship to a P.O. Box, or schedule a Saturday delivery, please contact us directly.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address will incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be shipped via USPS First Class International, Priority International Mail, or Priority Express International Mail. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number to track your package.

Should you wish to upgrade your shipping method to UPS or FedEx, add signature confirmation, or ship to a P.O. Box, please contact us directly. Please note the delivery dates are estimations and occasionally, shipments may be delayed in customs. We are required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on customs forms and packing slips. All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

PRE-ORDER & MADE TO ORDER POLICY

Items listed as "Out of Stock" or "Coming Soon" may be purchased on a pre-order basis only. Placing a pre-order reserves the item for you when our inventory arrives and ensures shipment by the date listed on the product's page. Discounts or other promotions may be applied to pre-orders. PLEASE NOTE: Your credit card will be charged at checkout for all pre-orders. We will reach out via email to provide updates on your order and may be reached at sales@sinwithout.com at any time.

All fine jewelry pieces (anything made of solid Sterling Silver, solid 14K/18K Yellow or Rose Gold) are made to order and may take up to three weeks from the date of purchase to be delivered. Once we receive your order, we will reach out directly to provide you with an exact delivery date and may be reached at sales@sinwithout.com or by phone at any time with questions. All fine jewelry pieces are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Any fit or production issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Note: Your credit card will be charged at checkout and discounts and other promotions may not be applied to this product. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may return it to us within 10 days after receiving your order. We will not accept returns that fall outside this 10 day period and we ask that you ensure all items remain unused and are returned in their original package with tags attached. Please note that ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please email hello@sinwithout.com to receive an Return Authorization code. This code is required for us to accept any returns/exchanges and the customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred. Returns will be processed as soon as possible but please allow up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit statement. Sin Without has the right to deny any refund that does not meet our return and exchange policy requirements.

We will gladly repair any of our jewelry however, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping. Customers MUST email Sin Without prior to shipping any items to be repaired. Please read the Jewelry Care Instructions below on how to care for your pieces.

JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We pride ourselves on creating high quality jewelry however, it is important to treat all your items with care to maintain their beauty and shine. We strongly recommend avoiding contact with any and all corrosive agents such as sweat, water, chemicals, sun, or heat to ensure the longevity of the plating colors and other treatments used on our jewelry. Cleaning your jewelry with warm water and a dry polishing cloth after use is also recommended. 

To preserve the shape of our adjustable jewelry, we highly suggest sizing the item to your desired fit ONE time, leaving some space for it to be removed. Frequently resizing your rings will create weak spots in the band and/or permanently alter the shape. When traveling with your jewelry, we recommend keeping them wrapped in a padded pouch to ensure longevity.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All of our jewelry is designed and manufactured locally in downtown Los Angeles, giving us the ability to create one of a kind pieces. If you are interested in collaborating on a one-of-a-kind design or wish to order our rings in a material we don't stock, give us a call or shoot us an email. 

Lead times for made to order pieces vary but all custom orders are subject to a 20% custom design fee with additional charges for materials. Each order must be paid in full in advance and is non-refundable. For more information or to place an order, please contact us via email or by phone.
